Once your eyeshadow primer has dried, apply eyeshadow. Have fun with it! Use a single shade or layer them for a multi-dimensional effect.
Next, lay down the line! Keep your look natural by lining close to the upper lashes and leaving the bottom lashes bare, or go for bold and line both your top lashes and bottom waterline. Use liquid eyeliner to finish with a dramatic cat-eye flick.
Don’t forget to end on a high note: mascara lifts your lashes and gives your eyes a more awake appearance. It also coats your lashes in color to make them look darker and thicker.
