Simply Fit Japanese Dashi

About

Umami - The key to dashi’s taste.

Made with 8 specially selected Japanese ingredients, Simply Fit Japanese Dashi complements and draws out the flavor of other savory ingredients in the dish, resulting in increased depth, intensity, and complexity in flavor. Umami, the fifth basic taste after sweet, sour, salty, and bitter, is integral to how the dashi produces this.
