    Awaji island is most famous for its onions which are sweet, flavourful and aromatic without pungent smell.
  2. Sweet carrots from Nagasaki
    Nutritious carrots add a simple and soft sweetness to the soup.
  3. Creamy and rich pumpkin from Hokkaido
    The pumpkin from Hokkaido is characterized by its sweet, chewy and delicious taste. It gives a mellow and deep richness. It is totally different from others.
  4. Aromatic burdock from Kagoshima and Hokkaido
    By including burdock to the soup, it gives more depth to the taste and flavor.

Recommendations:
  • As instant soup: Add 1 sachet into 200mL of hot water. Stir evenly and enjoy the vegetable soup.
  • As vegetable broth: Add 1 sachet into 600mL of water. Boil and simmer for 3 minutes with your favourite vegetables. Add other seasonings.
  • As seasoning: Add to dishes (vegetables, meat, soup, steamboat, porridge) as seasoning. Can replace salt.
  • As dressing: Add to olive oil to make a tasty dressing for salads, marinades and breads.
