Simply Fit Japanese Dashi is crafted with 8 specially selected Japanese ingredients. This dashi harmoniously complements and enhances the flavors of other ingredients in the dish, adding depth, intensity, and complexity to the sensory experience. Umami, the fifth basic taste after sweet, sour, salty, and bitter, is the key to how this dashi achieves its deliciousness.

Directions for Use:

  • Pour 3 cups (600mL) of water into a pot and add 1 dashi sachet.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove and discard the dashi sachet.

Recommendations:
As an instant soup: Add 1 sachet to 200mL of hot water. Stir evenly and enjoy the vegetable soup.
As vegetable broth: Add 1 sachet to 600mL of water. Boil and simmer for 3 minutes with your favorite vegetables. Add other seasonings.
As seasoning: Add to dishes (vegetables, meat, soup, steamboat, porridge) as seasoning. Can replace salt.
As dressing: Add to olive oil to make a tasty dressing for salads, marinades, and breads.
