Vegetable Dashi
Flavourful vegetable dashi in convenient sachets, 4 Specially selected delicious vegetables from all around Japan.
Recommendations:
As an instant soup: Add 1 sachet into 200mL of hot water. Stir evenly and enjoy the vegetable soup.
As an vegetable broth: Add 1 sachet into 600mL of water. Boil and simmer for 3 minutes with your favourite vegetables. Add other seasonings.
As an seasoning: Add to dishes (vegetables, meat, soup, steamboat, porridge) as seasoning. Can replace salt.
As dressing: Add to olive oil to make a tasty dressing for salads, marinades and breads.
